Have your cake and eat it with our high quality SHORT RUN print

In today’s modern world of digital everything Think Digital Print was keen to set a standard second to none – and we are proud of our investment in the HP Indigo 5500 Press. A press that is capable of a throughput of 1000 full colour double sided A3 images per hour whilst maintaining sharp print and colour quality. Also, unlike traditional litho printing, there is no requirement for film or plates resulting in much lower set up costs.

Digital represents a significant leap forward in print as it is able to offer a number of personalisation benefits, enabling marketing campaigns to deliver print with personalised addresses, variable data (for example a standard letter but with “your car MOT is due to expire on VARIABLE DATA 2010”), and variable images (include a picture of their car) – all of which is managed by assigning the relevant details in a database. This level of personalisation in marketing materials has proved to significantly increase campaign effectiveness.

To help us deliver at the right price whilst maintaining a high quality finished product we also have an in-house finishing department whose services include:

• a programmable guillotine
• booklet maker and trimmer
• folding, creasing, perforating, stitching and drilling machines
• a short-run laminating machine
• a wiro binding machine

We have a large range of substrates available to us ranging from 100gsm paper through to 350gsm board (coated and uncoated), as well as recycled stock, self-adhesive paper, vinyl and CD labels, transparent film and thin plastics. If you have a particular material in mind and are unsure whether it is compatible with our press, please don't hesitate to call us.
